Bookclub
A bookclub meets at the bookshop on the first Thursday of every month. The evening starts with pizza or soup, wine, chocolate cake or home-made pudding and coffee and then the discussion starts at 7.30pm. We normally finish before 9pm
On 1 April the book to be discussed will be Muriel Spark, Far Cry from Kensington.

Book Launches/Signings
There are occasional book launches at the bookshop. These can be arranged with Jo Harding joharbooks@aol.com
The last signing was Jane Eagland with her novel, Wildthorn and the last launch was for 'Traces', an anthology of writings and photographs celebrating Lancashire and still available to buy in the bookshop
Copies of the Leigh Morrissey Poetry Anthology Slip Through the Silence, Clitheroe Writing Group's 2009 anthology Hard Lines, Traces and pamphlets from the 2008 readings onwards are available in the shop.
